This be my fifth beaded dragon, of my own design, made for my Calculus teacher, because I felt spazzy and asked her what she wanted...and of course, she asked for an oriental dragon, not a western...so I decided, for some reason, not to look for an existing pattern, and went off and spazzed to my poor fellow riders on the subway and came up with this...there's a wire in its body, not through any beads, just there, like guts....that allows for minor pose-shaping...another variant on wings...
Materials: 10/0 sead beads, fishing line, some wire used for bunching veggies, bit of other wire, bit of Elmer's kiddy glue Time: 15 hours or so |
